Refund Policy
The whole policy in one line: if the Draft Pass did not help you, email us within seven days of your draft and we will refund it. No questions, no forms.

1. Draft Pass — seven days, no questions
This is the same promise made on our home page, and it is the one we will honour if the two ever disagree.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Stripe typically returns the money within 5–10 business days; the exact timing is your bank’s, not ours. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
If your draft moves, the seven days run from the draft you actually held. Tell us the date and we will use it.
2. The Draft Pass does not renew
If we later offer you the weekly plan, that is a separate decision requiring your affirmative opt-in. We will ask once. Silence is not consent.
3. Weekly plan — cancel any time
The weekly plan is a recurring subscription at $4.99 per week. It is what covers you past week one of the season; the Draft Pass stops there and does not roll into it.
Cancel any time from your account — the button is on that page and it opens Stripe’s own billing portal. It stops the next charge straight away; you keep the week you have already paid for. Or email us and we will do it for you. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep access for the rest of the week you have already paid for.
We remind you before we charge you. You will get a notice before a renewal, with a cancel link in it. If a renewal charge ever surprises you, email us and we will refund that week — a charge you did not expect is a failure on our part, not a support dispute.
4. If something is broken
If the service was unavailable, or a league import failed and we could not fix it while it mattered to you, tell us and we will refund you regardless of timing. The seven-day window in section 1 is a floor, not a ceiling.
5. How to ask
One email to support@appstryk.com from the address on your account. Tell us your draft date if you have one. We aim to reply within two business days, and faster during draft season.
Please come to us before filing a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback costs us a fee and takes months; an email takes minutes and gets you the same money.
6. Where this fits
This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
