Terms of Service

Gridiron GM is a season-long fantasy sports decision tool at gridirongm.ai, operated by Appstryk, LLC (“we”, “us”). It ranks players under your league’s own scoring rules, grades rosters, suggests waiver claims and analyses trades.

By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. Reach us any time at support@appstryk.com.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The service is offered from and intended for use in the United States. We do not knowingly provide it to anyone under 18.

An account is required to use the service. There is no signed-out mode. Creating one is free and stays free: the draft board, the rules-versus-market comparison, your roster grade and the share card are all included at no cost once you have signed in.

You can sign in with Google or Apple, in which case we never see, handle or store a password — or with an email address and a password, which is stored only as a salted hash by our authentication provider and is never visible to us. You must give us an address you control, because it is how we send receipts and how you recover access.

You are responsible for activity under your account; tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission. You may delete your account at any time by emailing us.

Nothing here is investment or financial advice. We are not licensed financial advisers. Roster decisions are entertainment and league management, not a return on money staked.

Projections are estimates, not predictions of outcomes. They are computed from prior-season component statistics under the scoring rules you give us. Football is uncertain; a projection is a model output and will frequently be wrong about any individual player or week. You are solely responsible for every decision you make in your league.

Player statistics come from public play-by-play data (nflverse). Average draft position comes from Fantasy Football Calculator, whose attribution is a condition of use. Player status, team and depth-chart information comes from public platform APIs.

We show when your data was last synced. We do not guarantee that any figure is current, complete or error-free, and our player pool is deliberately limited to roughly the top few hundred players by draft position — deep-bench and undrafted players may not appear. Where rostered players fall outside that pool, we tell you how many rather than hiding it.

You may connect a league from a third-party platform or enter one manually. We read only what is publicly available through that platform’s own interface, and we never ask for your password to another service.

Those platforms are independent of us. They can change, rate-limit or withdraw access at any time, and if they do, the affected import will stop working. We are not responsible for their availability or for the accuracy of what they publish. Manual entry is always available as an alternative.

Paid tiers are described at the point of purchase. The Draft Pass is $19.99, a one-time payment, and is not a subscription; it covers your draft and week one of the season and then simply ends. The weekly plan is $4.99 per week, a recurring subscription that renews until you cancel, and is what covers you beyond week one.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply.

Refunds and cancellation are covered in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we may send you fantasy alerts — for example a waiver brief or a notice that one of your starters has been ruled out. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to marketing texts is never a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. You can also change this at any time in your account settings.

You agree not to:

• scrape, bulk-download or resell our data or output;
• use the service to operate or support a gambling or wagering product;
• attempt to access another user’s account, league or data;
• probe, overload or interfere with the service or its infrastructure;
• reverse engineer the service except where that right cannot be excluded by law.

The service, its interface and its models are ours. The league information you enter or import remains yours; you grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you.

Team and player names are used factually to identify real people and teams. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, the NFLPA, ESPN, Yahoo, NFL.com or Sleeper. We do not publish player photographs.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service. The service is most valuable during a narrow window each season, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can — but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will notify you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we are required to by law. If we terminate your access without cause while you hold unused paid time, we will refund the unused portion.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost league winnings, lost opportunities, or the outcome of any roster decision.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we consent to that jurisdiction. Nothing here waives any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law where you live.
